When will my order ship?

Turnaround time for orders are usually about 2-5 business days after the time of placement, depending on the volume of orders that are open at that time.

When can I expect my delivery?

US orders: 1-3 weeks
International orders: 3-6 weeks
There may be delays because of COVID19.

Sticker-only orders (except larger stickers, which cannot fit inside a regular envelope) are usually sent via snail mail without any tracking number to keep shipping costs low, so please allow extra time for delivery!

 

My order never arrived, what should I do?

Send an email over to hello@ratgat.world along with your order number & full name.

Ok but like why does shipping cost so much?

Unfortunately shipping is very pricey in general and it is out of my control. By setting flat shipping rates, I have it as low as I can :( Very sorry!

For now, I am offering free shipping on all orders $69 and up, which will automatically apply at checkout.

 

Do you ship to my country?

Please check the countries that are listed in the International Mail Service Suspensions.

Refunds/exchanges

All sales are final - no returns or refunds!

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please send me an email at shopratgat@gmail.com and we can work something out. ☺

Regarding customs fees, VAT taxes, and service fees

RATGAT is NOT responsible for any VAT taxes or customs fees incurred upon the package entering your country. It is on the buyer to be aware of any laws about additional fees that have to be paid. Additional charges are the recipient's responsibility and may be required to be paid in order for you to claim your package.

You may experience additional delays if your package gets held by customs.

IF I RECEIVE A PACKAGE RETURNED FROM CUSTOMS:

1. You can pay for the reshipment of your order OR
2. You can opt for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee & the original shipping cost

If your package does not get returned to me, you forfeit any possible refund for your order.

Will you be restocking x product?

In general, once an item sells out, it's gone forever! So make sure you snag something that you really like before it's too late.

 

Eco-friendly packaging

I am trying to lean towards using recyclable/reusable packaging when shipping orders. Most of my packaging has been purchased from EcoEnclose and can be recycled.
In some cases, I may even reuse some packaging that I have from my own online orders. We only have one planet Earth, y'all! 🌱 💚
